The founder of The Reaves Firm, Inc., Sam Reaves, has always been interested in maps and the cartographic process.  Sam wanted a map that graphically represented property and building locations in metropolitan Memphis and LANDSCAN was thus developed.

LANDSCAN is color-coded to show business, industrial, city and county limits.  It is a vital marketing tool appearing in several boardrooms in the Memphis area.  LANDSCAN can be tailored for specific business needs.  Our current map includes Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton Counties in Tennessee; Desoto, Tunica, and Marshall Counties in Mississippi; and Crittenden County in Arkansas.
